We’ve gone over how to copy a course, or course elements, in a previous post but did you know that you can also copy an offering? The steps to copy an offering are very similar to copying a course, or element, it’s just all done under the ‘Offerings’ section.
How to copy an offering:

- Go to the ‘Manage Courses’ tab.

- Select ‘Offerings’ from the left side menu.

- Check the box to the left of the offering title that you would like to copy. You will then see a ‘Copy’ button at the bottom of the offerings list.

- Click the ‘Copy’ button.
- Edit the offering if you need to. All of the details from the offering you copied will be brought over, so if you want you can just change the name of the offering title and be done with creating it (or you can keep it if you would like to).
This is ideal if you need to make multiple offerings from the same course, or even just copying the offering once – it saves you time and cuts down on the setup on the offerings because everything is copied exactly the same as the original offering.
