Did you know that there is a quick way to review your transactions for any time period that you want? We’ve made it easy for you to review revenue, total discounts given, transactions and registrations for a year, week, or anytime you’d like to check on.
How do I access the Transactions page?
To review this information you will want to go to the Administration tab and then select Transactions from the left side menu. It’s important to note that you need to be an organization administrator in order to have access to this tab.
How do I review information for a specific time period?
In the right-hand corner, above the graph, you will see a drop-down menu that says ‘This Week’ – this is the default option for the Transactions page. To change it click on ‘This Week’ and you can either enter in a certain date, or select a time period ranging from this week, last week and even last year.
Next just hit the Apply button and the desired information for that time period will come up for you to review.
Can I pull this information as a report?
You can. In order to do this you will want to go to the Reports section, under the Administration tab, and choose to run an Account Report for the given time period you’d like to see.
