 Clients receive a personalized step-by-step onboarding plan, featuring a Client Success Checklist and Project Roadmap outlining each week’s key milestones. Our Jump Start program also offers hands-on training with a digital onboarding course led by an expert instructor, along with regular meetings to help client administrators get comfortable with the platform before launch. As part of our process, we send out two client surveys, one at 15 days and another post-launch, to gather valuable feedback and continuously improve the onboarding experience. Our customers get in the system immediately and on average are fully implemented in about 30 days.
